We provide private and confidential one-on-one consultations to assist individuals with career transitions.
Working with an experienced consultant, individuals set objectives for their program at the start - for example, job search, back to study plans, retirement, contracting or setting up a business. Programs can vary for Entry to Middle Management and Senior Managers and Executives. We can tailor career transition programs to meet an agreed program limit per individual.
Career transition programs are an effective way of supporting employees who have been made redundant or retrenched. Many challenges are faced by organizations and their employees at times of major change and restructuring, and it can be unsettling for everyone involved.
